Service by my local dealership was exceptional. My sales executive - Lakhsme Kaur - was very helpful during the purchase process, going above and beyond when my vehicle had a stop delivery notice applied on the morning I went to pick it up.

I would give it 5 stars were it not for the high cost of carrying out a VERY ROUTINE service. The service consisted of a brake fluid change - costing £180 - the fluid was about £30 so the charge for labour was £150! Not bad for about 1/2 hrs work!

I have received a Re-call letter for checking the High-Voltage Battery for my F56 Electric. I have told James that I use my F56 for driving lessons and need the car on time. James promised me that I can get my car back on time, and he made it for me.
